How to: Select a print area.
Solution:
Select 'Page Setup...' from the 'File' menu. Click the 'Sheet' tab from the 'Page Setup' dialog box and type the reference for the range of cells to be printed in the 'Print Area' box.
1) Select (click on) the tab for the worksheet containing the area to be printed.
2) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Page Setup...'. (The Page Setup dialog box appears.)
3) Click 'Sheet' tab.
4) Type the cell references for the area to be printed in the 'Print Area' box.

NOTE: The reference can also be typed by placing the insertion point in the 'Print Area' box and dragging the mouse to highlight the cells to be included.
5) Click 'OK' to save the setting.
